Our staff works together to ensure that each resident’s physical, spiritual and psychological needs are met. This holistic approach enables our staff to address individual likes, dislikes, wants and needs.
Skilled Nursing facilities, provide round-the-clock, expert nursing care and daily assistance seniors in these situations need.
Friendship Manor has staff on duty 24 hours a day to assist individuals with their daily needs. This assistance ranges from general daily activities like dressing, bathing, toileting, to more advanced medical needs, like administration of medications, tube feeding, catheter care and wound care.
Individual Care Plans are developed for each Resident, created by a team of care givers including Resident/family, Nursing, Therapy and Social Services. A licensed physician supervises each Resident’s care.
Therapy services are also available including Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. Optical, Podiatry and Audiology are also available on site, If your loved one does need to go out for a medical appointment a staff member will assist in coordinating appointments and transportation services.
